  • HOW DO I APPLY?

    1. Text LOAN to 2423 to determine if you’re qualified for a Pera Agad Loan. If you qualify, you will receive an Invitation Code.
    2. With 1 valid ID and your Invitation Code, apply online or at any of our partner branches. Click here to find a branch near you.
    3. Fill out and submit the application form.
    4. Keep your phone line open as you may receive a verification call from one of our agents. If you submit your application form outside our operating hours (8:00AM to 8:00PM), you can expect it to be processed the following day.
    5. After a short verification, we will immediately inform you via SMS if your loan has been approved.
    6. Upon agreeing to the loan terms and conditions, a claim reference number will be sent to you via SMS.
    7. Present this number to any of our disbursal outlets and claim your Pera Agad loan! Click here to find a branch near you.

     

    WHAT IS A CLAIM REFERENCE NUMBER?

    The reference number is necessary so that our disbursal outlets can verify the details of your approved

    application before disbursing your loan to you.

     

    WHAT DO I DO IF I LOST OR DELETED MY REFERENCE NUMBER

    Report this immediately to our customer service (1800-10888-2423) so we can issue you a new one.

  • HOW CAN I GET AN INVITATION CODE?

    Before starting your Pera Agad application, you need an invitation code. Text LOAN to 2423 to receive yours.

  • WHERE CAN I APPLY FOR A PERA AGAD LOAN?

    You can either apply online or at accredited SMART Padala and Pera Hub outlets.

  • WHAT IS A GUARANTOR?

    A guarantor is a reference person who we can contact in order to verify your identity and the information you provided on your application form. Don’t worry, your chosen guarantor will not have any relation or liability with regards to your loan. Some good choices for a guarantor would be a customer or supplier if you’re self-employed, or your boss, HR manager, or colleague if you are employed.

  • WHAT IS A PROCESSING FEE?

    For first-time borrowers, we hold 10% of your total loan in order to process your application. For instance, if you borrow P5,000, your processing fee will be P500.

     

    If you pay all your installments on-time or no later than 7 days as agreed, we return this amount to you! You’ll get a new Claim Reference Number (CRN) via SMS which you can present at any SMART Padala Center to reclaim your processing fee.

  • HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT FOR MY APPLICATION TO BE PROCESSED?

    A Pera Agad loan is processed as soon as it’s submitted. If you do not receive any feedback on your application within 24 hours, you may call Customer Service (1800-10888-2423) to check on the status.

  • WHERE CAN I CLAIM MY LOAN?

    If your loan was approved, congratulations! Make sure you received your Claim Reference Number via SMS and proceed to your nearest SMART Padala or  PERA HUB branch to claim your loan. Click here for a list of accredited disbursal centers.

  • WHY WAS MY LOAN NOT APPROVED?

    Every application is carefully evaluated, and can be disapproved for a number of reasons. Some of these include (but are not limited to):

    • You used a SIM number that was not yours.
    • Our Pera Agad agents could not contact you or your guarantor.
    • Your guarantor was contacted but was unaware of your loan.
    • Your signature was questionable.
    • The ID picture you provided is unclear.
    • You do not have an income.

  • CAN I LEND MY SIM CARD TO SOMEONE ELSE TO APPLY FOR A LOAN?

    Lending your SIM for the purpose of applying for a Pera Agad loan is strictly prohibited and can be grounds for your loan not being approved.

  • WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY FOR A PERA AGAD LOAN?

    All we need is to know that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have one valid government ID!

     

    WHAT ARE ACCEPTABLE IDs?

    • Passport
    • Driver’s License
    • SSS ID
    • Postal ID
    • TIN Card
    • Phil health Card
    • PRC ID
    • Voter’s ID
    • GSIS ID
    • Multipurpose ID

     

    DO YOU REQUIRE INCOME DOCUMENTS?

    Income documents are OPTIONAL, but you are encouraged to submit to make loan approval quicker. Here’s a list of income documents you can submit:

     

    For self-employed:

    • Latest annual income tax return
    • Bank statements for the last 3 consecutive months
    • Money remittance documents for the last 3 consecutive months
    • DTI Registration and official receipt
    • Mayor’s business permit and official receipt
    • Barangay business permit and official receipt

     

    For company-employed

    • Latest pay slips for the immediately preceding month
    • Latest annual income tax return
    • Latest BIR form 2316
    • Bank statements for the last 3 consecutive months
    • Money remittance documents for the last 3 consecutive months

  • WHAT DO I DO IF I DON’T QUALIFY FOR A LOAN?

     There are several things that we take into account before approving a loan. Continue to use your SMART Prepaid or TNT Sim Number and try again in the after a few months.
